Challenges

BTI360 is a software development agency located outside of Washington D.C. They were making significant changes as a company that were not being properly reflected in their visual expression. I worked with their leadership team to identify core brand attributes, values and a big idea before moving into visually expressing those thing in a compelling and distinct way.

The big challenges they faced included being able to recruit top development talent and make a presence in the corporate community of Reston, VA where they had just signed a lease on a new 30k sq. ft. office space.

The marketing department was looking for a robust system to be able to apply and elevate their numerous communication and environmental touch points. After the initial logo and brand standards were completed I moved to working with their team and the architecture firm to infuse the space with BTI360’s new visual expression.
